Whether rotating glass lift, panoramic lift, exterior lift, ship lift or a group of lifts – we will realise even the most unusual wishes of our customers. Actually, our bespoke lifts and shaft constructions are one-of-a-kind products, bearing all the marks of GBH Design with respect to design and aesthetics as well as quality and workmanship. We are proud to unreservedly certify our lift systems with the quality hallmark „Made in Germany“.

Our exclusive lifts are designed in harmony with the style of the building – new or already existing -, its architecture, customer’s wishes and in compliance with regulatory requirements for listed buildings. There is hardly a limit to the furnishing versions of the lifts: shaft structures as stainless steel-glass-constructions in various colours, genuine gold-plated steel elements, Swarovski crystals, noble fabrics and illumination versions are just a few examples. We also design and build special lift constructions for private residences and listed buildings individually, based on structural conditions and specifications; the shaft structure and, if desired, the staircase may be included.

Always one step ahead – one of the special innovations developed by GBH engineers are the shaft- and car doors with under-floor drive, which gives architects and engineers unlimited freedom of design. The lift door drive is installed under the floor of the lift car and not visible from the outside. This way the visual impression of the glass car from floor to ceiling is not disturbed.

Perfectly attuned to the style and the interior design of the building, our premium glass lifts thus become a piece of art in themselves.
